DOGMATH Privacy
Effective and last updated: July 27, 2026
This policy explains how Dogmath Bestball ("DOGMATH," "we," "us," or "our") handles information through dogmathbestball.com, the DOGMATH Solver, the DOGMATH Premium Extension, Exposure Lab, account services, billing, support, and related product operations.
Premium Extension Single Purpose
The Premium Extension's single purpose is to provide DOGMATH best-ball draft analysis and portfolio tools on supported Underdog, DraftKings, and Drafters pages. It reads the draft-room and account portfolio data needed to show live recommendations, roster analysis, charts, playoff signals, build guidance, and Exposure Lab results. It does not monitor unrelated websites.
Information We Handle
Account and authentication information.
- Email address, display name, password hash, email-verification status, marketing preference, account plan, and login and session records.
- Extension authorization records, including account and device identifiers, an install ID, device label, extension version, user agent, connection and last-seen times, entitlement status, and revocation time. DOGMATH stores extension and session credentials as hashes on its servers where applicable.
Draft-room and website content.
- The Solver handles the roster, draft round, NFL team, position, site, scoring, schedule, and strategy inputs you submit to display DOGMATH analysis.
- On supported draft pages, Premium Extension reads page and API content needed for its features, including the supported site, contest and draft identifiers, contest name, available-player and ADP data, drafted players, roster, round and pick information, teams, positions, scoring context, and DOGMATH strategy settings.
- Premium Extension sends current draft state and request context to DOGMATH over HTTPS to calculate recommendations, +Points, rankings, charts, suggested builds, and other displayed draft analysis.
- For supported completed drafts, Premium Extension may send and retain the supported-site username, site and contest identifiers, draft identifier, completed roster, position counts, projected score and percentile, completion time, extension version, and the supported page path or URL. DOGMATH uses these records to show result percentiles and maintain product reliability.
- Exposure Lab reads team and roster data from supported sites when you run a sync, including contests, picks, players, teams, positions, rounds, and combinations needed to calculate portfolio exposure.
Billing, promotion, and support information.
- Season-pass trial, payment, refund, dispute, and legacy subscription status, plus Stripe customer, checkout, invoice, payment, and promotion identifiers needed to operate billing and grant or revoke Premium Extension access.
- Stripe processes payment-card details. DOGMATH does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.
- Promotion, referral, and streamer-affiliate records when a code or referral link is used.
- Support tickets and any email address, description, screenshot, browser information, or other material you choose to provide for support.
Diagnostics and website analytics.
- Extension diagnostics may include the event type, status, timing, error message, extension version, supported site, draft identifier, install or device identifier, roster and player counts, and limited operational metadata. We use this information to authenticate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and measure the reliability of extension features.
- When enabled, Google Analytics receives website traffic and usage information such as page views, device and browser information, approximate location derived from network information, referral source, and interactions with dogmathbestball.com. Google Analytics is used on the website, not to read supported draft-room content.
Local Chrome Storage
Premium Extension uses Chrome local storage to retain the connected-account state, extension settings, saved strategy profiles, ADP caches, and Exposure Lab portfolio data for the Chrome profile running DOGMATH. Exposure Lab data can include teams, contests, players, picks, combinations, and calculated exposure. Local storage allows these features to remain available after Chrome restarts. Local data is not automatically deleted when you close a draft page. Removing DOGMATH or clearing the extension's Chrome storage can remove it.
How We Use Information
- Create, verify, authenticate, protect, and support DOGMATH accounts.
- Operate the Solver, authorize Premium Extension, calculate and display draft recommendations, and provide Exposure Lab and completed-draft percentile features.
- Process trials and payments, apply promotions, maintain entitlements, prevent duplicate trial abuse, and respond to refunds, disputes, and payment failures.
- Detect abuse, enforce version and device controls, diagnose errors, measure reliability, improve disclosed DOGMATH features, and answer support requests.
- Send account and service messages and, only when you opt in, product and promotional email.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
DOGMATH's use of information received from Chrome and Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- DOGMATH collects, uses, and transmits extension user data only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or improve the Premium Extension's disclosed single purpose and user-facing features.
- DOGMATH does not sell extension user data or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
- DOGMATH does not use extension user data for personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising, creditworthiness, or lending.
- DOGMATH personnel do not read extension user data except when you give specific consent for support, when necessary to investigate security or abuse, when required by law, or when data has been aggregated and de-identified for internal operations.
When We Share Information
DOGMATH does not sell personal information. We disclose information only as described here:
- Railway hosts DOGMATH application services and databases.
- Stripe processes checkout, saved payment methods, one-time season-pass charges, promotion codes, legacy subscriptions, and payment events.
- Resend delivers verification, password-reset, account, service, and opted-in marketing email.
- Google Analytics processes website analytics when the Google tag is enabled.
- Supported draft sites receive requests made directly to their pages or APIs through your active browser session when Premium Extension reads draft-room or portfolio data. DOGMATH does not receive your draft-site password or raw authentication cookies.
- We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or DOGMATH, investigate fraud or security incidents, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets subject to applicable notice or consent requirements.
What Premium Extension Does Not Do
- It does not read or store your password for Underdog, DraftKings, Drafters, or another draft site.
- It does not read complete payment-card details entered into Stripe Checkout.
- It does not monitor websites outside dogmathbestball.com and the supported Underdog, DraftKings, and Drafters domains listed in the extension's permissions.
- It does not click, queue, select, or draft players for you.
Retention and Security
DOGMATH retains account, billing, extension-device, completed-draft, diagnostic, and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and protect the service, maintain accurate entitlements and product reliability, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. Retention periods can vary by record and legal requirement. Local extension information remains in the applicable Chrome profile until it is cleared or the extension is removed.
DOGMATH uses HTTPS to transmit user data, limits access to production systems, and stores private session and extension credentials as hashes where applicable. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so DOGMATH cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Controls and Requests
- Change promotional email preferences on the Email Preferences page.
- Revoke connected extension devices from your DOGMATH account.
- Manage or cancel an eligible trial or legacy Stripe billing arrangement from your DOGMATH account or Stripe billing portal.
- Remove locally retained Exposure Lab data by removing DOGMATH or clearing the extension's Chrome storage.
- Contact DOGMATH to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information. We may retain records required for security, fraud prevention, billing, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Children
DOGMATH is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Supported third-party draft sites may impose additional age and eligibility requirements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when DOGMATH features, data practices, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy here with a new effective date and provide additional notice or consent when required.
