Send a support ticket for payment questions, account/login issues, bugs, solver problems, or Premium Overlay questions. Tickets go to dogmathbestball@gmail.com.

What To Include

  • For payment or billing questions, include the email attached to your DOGMATH account and what you were trying to do.
  • For bug reports, include the page you were on, what you clicked, what you expected, and what actually happened.
  • Attach a screenshot for bugs whenever possible. It helps us spot layout, login, solver, or overlay issues much faster.
  • Include browser/device details if the issue is visual or only happens on one computer or phone.

Please include as much detail as you can. Better reports are easier to fix.

Optional, but strongly recommended for bugs. PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 3 MB.

Bug ticket tip: attach a screenshot and include the page URL, browser/device, steps to reproduce, expected result, and actual result.
