DOGMATH Terms

Seller and Payment Processor

Dogmath Bestball is the seller and licensor of DOGMATH products and services. Google, Chrome, Underdog, DraftKings, and Drafters do not sell, sponsor, or endorse DOGMATH. Stripe is DOGMATH's independent payment processor and handles payment-card information and checkout.

Solver Access

The DOGMATH web Solver is free for registered users. A verified account is required, but Solver access is not a subscription trial.

Premium Extension 2026 Season Pass

The Solver is free. An eligible first Premium Extension purchase begins with a 48-hour free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe makes one $59.99 USD season-pass charge, less any valid promotional discount applied during checkout. The season pass provides access through September 10, 2026 and does not renew automatically. Promo codes change the final one-time price; they do not extend, restart, or create an additional trial.

By starting the trial, you authorize Stripe to save the selected payment method and make the displayed one-time season-pass charge when the 48-hour trial ends. You may cancel the scheduled charge from your DOGMATH account before the trial ends; Premium Extension trial access then ends immediately and no season-pass charge is made. The free trial may be used once per eligible customer and account. An account that already used its trial may purchase the season pass immediately. A failed, refunded, disputed, voided, or otherwise unpaid purchase may end Premium Extension access.

This season-pass model applies to future purchases. It does not create a new charge for an existing customer or alter a completed historical payment. Any legacy subscription remains governed by the checkout terms under which it was originally purchased.

Refund Policy

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, all purchases are final. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, and whether to grant a full or partial refund is solely within DOGMATH's discretion. DOGMATH does not guarantee a refund for unused access, a change of mind, third-party site changes, temporary interruptions, fantasy-sports results, failure to use the product, or failure to cancel an eligible trial before its displayed end time.

A granted refund, payment reversal, dispute, void, or chargeback may immediately end the related Premium Extension entitlement. Nothing in this section limits a non-waivable consumer right or a refund or reversal required by applicable law or payment-network rules.

Software License - Licensed, Not Sold

Subject to these terms and an active entitlement, DOGMATH grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the official Premium Extension browser extension for your personal DOGMATH use. The extension, Exposure Lab, source and object code, model logic, interface, graphics, documentation, updates, and related materials are licensed, not sold. DOGMATH and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights.

Extension and Model Restrictions

Unless DOGMATH gives prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reproduce, redistribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, publish, upload, or otherwise provide the extension or protected DOGMATH materials to another person.
• Extract, reuse, or incorporate DOGMATH code, model logic, data structures, protected assets, or non-public documentation into a competing or substitute product or service.
• Submit the extension, its source or object code, protected model logic, or non-public DOGMATH materials to a generative-AI system, machine-learning system, code-analysis service, training dataset, fine-tuning workflow, embedding system, retrieval system, or similar automated analysis or development tool.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, derive source code from, defeat obfuscation in, or attempt to discover the construction or underlying ideas of the extension, except where applicable law does not permit this restriction.
• Remove proprietary notices, share private device tokens, bypass payment, entitlement, or version checks, or enable access for an account without a valid entitlement.

Fantasy Sports Information

DOGMATH provides research and decision-support tools for informational purposes. DOGMATH does not guarantee contest results, winnings, player performance, projections, platform availability, or any specific outcome. You remain responsible for every entry, roster, and draft selection.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, using an email address you control, keeping account and extension tokens secure, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. You may not sell, transfer, or share an account or use one season pass or legacy subscription to supply access to unrelated users.

Supported Draft Sites

Premium Extension interacts with supported third-party NFL best-ball sites. Those services are independent from DOGMATH and may change their pages, rules, availability, or terms. You are responsible for complying with each third-party service's terms and applicable law. DOGMATH does not click, queue, select, or draft players for you.

Acceptable Use

• Do not bypass account, entitlement, device, promotion, billing, or version controls.
• Do not attack, probe, overload, disrupt, automate abuse against, or obtain unauthorized access to DOGMATH systems.
• Do not use DOGMATH to violate another service's terms, another person's rights, or applicable law.
• Do not misrepresent DOGMATH output as a guarantee, official NFL information, or individualized financial or gambling advice.

Suspension and Termination

DOGMATH may suspend or terminate access, revoke extension tokens, or refuse service when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, respond to suspected fraud or abuse, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Sections concerning ownership, license restrictions, disclaimers, and accrued payment obligations survive termination as applicable.

Availability and Updates

DOGMATH may change, pause, discontinue, or update features, supported sites, models, data, extension versions, and interfaces. The extension may require a current version to connect. Third-party site changes can interrupt features without notice.

Disclaimer and Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOGMATH is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, platform compatibility, or any particular fantasy-sports result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOGMATH and its owners, operators, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost winnings, profits, revenue, data, entries, business, or opportunities; or losses caused by third-party site changes or outages. DOGMATH's total liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid DOGMATH for the service giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

Changes

DOGMATH may update these terms as products, laws, or business practices change. Material changes should be presented with a new version and effective date. Continued access may require accepting an updated version.
